Services - Commercial Property Management
A new commercial property management arm is to be launched in Spring 2010. This will be run by the existing Merchant Lettings team and will include rent collection, debt recovery, dilapidations, lease renewals and monitoring of tenant fit out. We will also ensure that tenants are meeting all of their leasehold obligations and take appropriate action where required. Due to the existing infrastructure already in place for the management of an ever growing portfolio of some 1500 properties we are able to offer this service at highly competitive rates.
