About Us
Merchant Commercial was set up in October 2009 to bolt on to Merchant Lettings. We now offer a "one stop" property shop for clients with mixed use portfolios. The company is run by Andrew Saunders BSc (Hons) MRICS who has over 15 years experience in the Commercial Property Sector and who was formerly with Hartley Cowley & Co in Glasgow.
We can offer advice in retail, office and industrial agency together with investment agency. We also provide specialist asset management advice to private individuals and property companies throughout the UK.
With Andrew's extensive knowledge of the retail market through previous dealings with shopping centres and High St's throughout the UK, particular emphasis can be paid to the retail investment market.
